Our beautiful beach house has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and sleeps 15 guests.
The beach is 1-2minutes walk from our house .
No Age limit, We welcome any responsible group (additional fees apply if under 25 see below).
Well behaved pets are welcome with a $150 pet fee for the first 2 pets. If you plan to bring more than one please let us know (additional fee apply). The pet fee is paid separately after you book and is non-refundable.
We have a beautiful private pool (can be heated in the winter with a fee for 90F) in our large fenced yard for those times you need a break from the beach. Chaise Lounges, hammock and a 5 burner gas grill for great cookouts are also provided.
Pool and Spa heating fee is $45 x days of your stay. We can not offer partial stay heating. No additional charge to heat the spa in summer. A pack and play for your infant is also available. We do not provide linens, pillows or blankets for the Pack n Play crib.
Super High-Speed internet with WiFi that extends into the yard to deliver coverage to all your devices and remote working needs. Shaded seating area with tables and hammock to enjoy your BBQ cookout.
Our Kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, utilities, blender, toaster, coffee maker and more, ready to prepare yummy meals with a large dining area and breakfast bar seating.
65” smart HD TV in the living room and Smart HD TV’s in the other rooms.
Beach essentials: beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and a beach wagon are provided for your comfort and easy walk to the beach.

-Washer and Dryer. Laundry detergent provided.
-Infant high chair
Additional notesPLEASE NOTE: If the majority of the adult guests are under 25 we require an additional $750 refundable damage deposit paid separately after you book. If everyone is under 21 we do not allow alcohol on the property.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING at the house or near open doors or windows.
NO PARTIES or EVENTS of any kind
This is a quiet residential neighborhood so please respect our neighbors.
Check in:
No Keys Needed! We have a smart lock on the door and will send you the door code on the day of your arrival as soon as the house is ready. After you get the door code you can check in at any time after that.
House will be ready by 5pm on your check in date. We always try to have the house ready as soon as we can, however that depends if we have guests check out that morning and the cleaners schedule so we can’t guarantee early check-in in advance. It’s best to check back with us the night before.
Please note: access to the house will not be allowed before all outstanding balance is fully paid including accommodation, pet fees, pool heating fees and deposits.

Check out time is 10am. An unauthorized late check out will be charged $300/hr late fee.
Security:
For your security and ours, we have Ring cameras on the front door, parking area and pool equipment. Cameras will record video and sound when detecting movement.

Neighborhood overviewOur address is 108 E Sheepshead St, South Padre Island TX 78597.
The beach is literally down the street! Beach Access #4 Bay Dream is just 1-2 minutes walk to the end of our street.
You can walk or bike safely in the neighborhood. Cars are recommended. You can also rent a street legal golf cart that is great to get around the area and to the beach.
Getting aroundRecommended to use a car but many people use golf carts, riding bikes… you can park 2 cars inside the garage and 4 cars on the driveway.
