House Rules
Please advise- no food or drinks by the arcade machines. No street parking. Only in the garage and on the driveway. If you bring your pets- please clean up after them, just like at your home. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING at the house or near open doors or windows.
NO PARTIES of any kind
This is a quiet residential neighborhood so please respect our neighbors
If the majority if your group is under 25, an additional damage deposit of $750 is required and paid separately after you book.
